Coaching services

Submitting an enquiry does not commit either of us to working together. A coaching arrangement begins only after we have agreed the scope of the work, fees, scheduling, confidentiality and any other relevant terms in writing.

Any separate coaching agreement provided to you will take priority if it conflicts with these general website terms.

Nature of coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support reflection, decision-making, development and action. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and results.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care, legal advice or financial advice. You should seek appropriately qualified professional support where necessary.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or someone else may be at immediate risk, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.

Results

I will provide coaching with reasonable care and skill. However, personal and professional outcomes depend on many factors, including your participation and circumstances, and no particular result can be guaranteed.

Fees, bookings and cancellations

Fees, payment arrangements, session lengths, rescheduling and cancellation terms will be confirmed with you before coaching begins and recorded in the relevant coaching agreement or booking confirmation.

Nothing in these terms limits or removes any statutory consumer rights you may have.

Online sessions

Where coaching takes place through Zoom, Microsoft Teams or another online platform, you are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and private environment.

I will take reasonable steps to provide a secure and reliable service, but I cannot guarantee that third-party platforms or internet connections will always operate without interruption.

Confidentiality and personal information

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The confidentiality arrangements applying to coaching will be explained and agreed before coaching begins. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect someone from serious harm.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, graphics, branding and other material on this website belong to Al Stone or are used with permission.
